bamboo skewers 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves ½ cup LuLu Sweet & Spicy Tomato Grilling Glaze LuLu Mustard with Harissa
Soak bamboo skewers in water for an hour before preparing recipe. (This will prevent them from burning during grilling.)
Heat grill or pre-heat broiler.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Thread 2-3 pieces of chicken onto each skewer. Brush LuLu Sweet & Spicy Tomato Grilling Glaze over chicken and grill (or broil) for about 2 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve chicken on skewers with LuLu Mustard with Harissa on the side as a dipping sauce.
Makes 8 appetizer servings.
NOTE: To adjust recipe into entrée portions, cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and cook a minute or two longer on each side. Serve over Rice Pilaf. Recipe yields 4 entrée servings.
